My son needs these for under a sports tshirt. The fit is great but the shirt is rather short on him.Wish it was longer.I would have gotten a XXL had they offered it. In all fairness it does accomplish its purpose; however, it's difficult for me to breathe being that tight.Keeps the mid section around the surgery compressed. Got a medium. I’m 510 210.
